This study is the first to systematically evaluate the effects of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) in adults with chronic longstanding neurocognitive impairments stemming from post-concussion syndrome (PCS) following childhood traumatic brain injury (TBI). Decades later, statistically significant improvements were observed across all major cognitive domains, including global cognition, memory, executive function, attention, and information processing speed.
